How did you get your first break in radio:
I took a 6 hour a week job playing commercials during Solid Gold Saturday Night with Bob Worthington. Because we were in the Central Time Zone in Missouri, Bob's Show would end at 11pm, so I got to do a weather forcast and play music for 1 hour a week.

Favorite Foods:
Beef Stroganof, Pepperoni Pizza, Bacon Cheesbugers, White Castle (yes, it is its own food). Chicken Salad, Chicken sandwiches, Country fried Steaks with white gravy, T-Bone steaks, Sirloin Steaks. Ask me for my entire cookbook.

Star Trek (The Next Generation...The Original Series, Deep Space 9, Voyager, Enterprise, and yes I even loved the ANIMATED Series that ran from '72 - '74)...add to that The Simpsons, Futurama, Doctor Who (All 10 Doctors episodes..my favorite is the 4th Doctor), Eureka, The World Series Of Poker, Family Guy, Highlander TV show, Space 1999 (I think I am the only one that loves this show), TILT, Stargate SG-1, Stargate: Atlantis, BattleStar Gallatica (NEW and OLD), Friends, 3rd Rock from the Sun, The Time Tunnell, Columbo, C.S.I:Miami, Law and Order: Criminal Intent, and last but not least C.S.I.

Biggest Pet peeve:
The amazing number of irresponsible people who own cell phones and complain about it ringing. (Heres an idea America get rid of the cell phone and it will quit ringing...it worked for me and it hasn't rang since.)

I play a lot of No Limit Texas Hold 'Em. To date I am only down $17...keep in mind I play NO LIMIT poker.
What is your dream vacation?
I would love to someday go to Egypt...I hear they have an excellent pyramid scheme!

I can make money disappear...TA DA!

I'd live somewhere west, like Wyoming or South Dakota. Some of the most beautiful scenery is out west.

Give us a little background on yourself.
I'm from Jefferson City, Missouri (Go St. Louis Cardinals!) I started in radio with KJMO in Jefferson City in the early 90's and from there moved to several other stations including KLOZ in the Lake of the Ozarks area. In 1999 I became a retail manager and left radio for Illinois and eventually moved here to Lafayette. I'm so grateful to K105 for giving me another chance to be in radio again.
