Tim McGraw’s highly anticipated new album Two Lanes of Freedom has finally arrived. It serves as a milestone in the singer’s career, as the project is the first release under his new label - Big Machine Records. Despite a few musical hardships that Tim has faced in the past few years, he feels happier than ever about where his career is headed. "I think for me, it feels like my career—I feel like that I’m sort of throwing it into another gear now, I feel like I have a lot more ahead of me now than I have behind me. I mean the road’s open, you know, it’s clear, I can see where I’m going, and I just feel like there’s so much ahead of me.” Tim will be onThe Ellen DeGeneres Show to promote his album release. In a few months, he will launch the Two Lanes of Freedom tour on May 11th in Tampa, Florida, with special guests Love and Theft and Brantley Gilbert. Another tidbit? It sounds like Tim has something in common with “James Bond!” The singer told People magazine, five weeks before his tour launches, he trains everyday with martial arts expert and stunt man Roger Yuan. The exercise-pro also happens to train James Bond actor Daniel Craig.
