Plugging in to market

You can count on one hand the number of electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles on sale in the U.S.: The Chevrolet Volt, Ford Transit Connect Electric small commercial van, Nissan Leaf and Tesla Roadster. But more, covering the spectrum from small city to luxury performance cars, will join them in the next few years.
