What's cookin'? Pumpkin
Happy fall! It's time to celebrate the pumpkin. Sure, you can carve, decorate and smash them — but by all means you should be cooking this fiber- and vitamin A-packed, velvety-textured squash. You'll need to act quickly as most farmers markets wrap up soon for the winter and grocery stores usher out the pumpkins quicker than leftover Halloween candy.
