SeaWorld San Diego plans to convert the existing Knott's Soak City in Chula Vista into an Aquatica water park with animal interaction water slides similar to attractions found at SeaWorld's Aquatica locations in Florida and Texas.

While SeaWorld San Diego has yet to announce any planned upgrades, concept art suggests flamingos may be incorporated into the signature animal interaction water slide at the new Aquatica water park.
