Reba Bows Out of ACM Hosting Duties

Reba says she will no longer host the annual ACM Awards, a role she’s had for 13 years. She tells CountryWeekly.com that she’s “passed the torch” to Blake Shelton who has been her co-host for the past two years. The country superstar told us a while back why she’s done the show for so many years... “Selfishly, I’d much rather do that than sit in the audience. I love to be a part of the action. It’s fun, it’s exciting!”Reba has plenty of other things on her plate, including her new ABC comedy Malibu Country, which premieres this fall.
