Underwood Rescues Baby Chipmunk

A baby chipmunk was rescued from certain doom by Carrie Underwood after her dog “Ace” nearly got his paws on him. Carrie tweeted a picture of the little critter, saying, “Good news: the vet does take care of chipmunks and Dale (which is what she named him) is doing fine!” Yes, Carrie took the woodland creature to the vet, but doesn’t plan to take him back home as a pet afterward. She says he’ll “be released into a different yard with no Ace to chase him.”  See the adorable chipmunk here.
