While Kristen Stewart was emerging from self-imposed media exile at the Toronto Film Festival for a special screening of On the Road, Robert Pattinson was representing for Twilight at the MTV Video Music Awards, where he and Taylor Lautner, director Bill Condon and a few other castmates presented a brand-new Breaking Dawn 2 trailer to the roaring-with-approval masses.
So, who wins?
Well, Stewart certainly looked the most polished.
Apparently figuring that slick skinny suits are just for premieres and late-night talk shows, Pattinson unfortunately went for the untucked-shirt-and-pants look. (Didn't he know Lautner would be dressed to the nines, as usual?)
Stewart, however, looked fresh as a daisy, and not just because her dress was accented with a jewel-tone flower print. Despite looking a tad skinnier than usual in recent paparazzi shots of her, in Toronto the emotionally beleaguered actress looked happy, healthy and, just maybe, a little more grown-up than she did before.
